Cods Structure:

The CODS is headed by the Executive Director as the Chief Executive, who reports to the CODS Executive Board. The Executive Board consists of five members who are also the trustees for the council.

CODS basically have two different committee.

1.} Executive Committee
2.} Inspection Committee

The Basic Role of the Executive Committee is to provide strategic direction for the CODS. The Executive Committee under the executive director is responsible for making policy decisions in accordance with CODS mission and constitution. The Executive committee has right to withdraw the membership of any organization at any point of time.

The Inspection Committee exists to verify the qualifications of potential Institutes for providing membership of CODS on the ground of ethics and rules and regulation laid by the Council.
